Welcome to the FHS Volleyball Boosters Club
The FHS Volleyball Boosters Club is a volunteer organization whose mission is to support and enhance the experience of our student-athletes both on and off the court. We are dedicated to fostering a positive and spirited environment for our players, coaches, and fans.
The FHS Boosters Club is run and led by parents of the student athletes and this page is not affiliated with or endorsed by FHS.

As a booster club, we focus on:
Fundraising: Organizing events and initiatives to raise money for equipment, uniforms, summer training and other team needs.
Volunteering: Offering hands-on support at games, tournaments, and team events, including concessions, set-up, and clean-up.
Community Service: We host various fundraising events, such as our annual Dig Pink charity tournament and bake sale to support Breast Cancer Research. The proceeds from this event are donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Join us in cheering on our athletes, helping them reach their full potential, and making this a memorable season for everyone involved!

On Thursday, January 29, 2026, the Team was honored at the Massachusetts State House after being invited by State Representative Jeff Roy to celebrate their MIAA Division I Championship. The team enjoyed a private tour of the historic State House and had the special opportunity to sit in on a session in the House Chamber. We’re excited to welcome Chris Ridolfi as the new Head Coach of the FHS Girls Volleyball Program! With a lifelong passion for the game and over 25 years of coaching experience, Coach Chris brings a tremendous level of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to our team.
Coaching Background & Experience
Chris has been a fixture in the Massachusetts volleyball community for more than two decades. He has spent the past 12 years coaching with CMASS Volleyball Club and has experience coaching both boys' and girls' high school teams, including time at Milford High School and most recently at Hopedale High School as the head girls' volleyball coach.
Beyond the high school and club level, Coach Chris has an impressive collegiate coaching background:
We are thrilled to have such a highly experienced and passionate coach leading our program, and we’re looking forward to an exciting season under his guidance.
Welcome to the team, Coach Chris!
"The varsity volleyball team had a blast at this year’s media day—complete with fun poses, acrobatic stunts, and lots of smiles! A huge shoutout to Jilly Bean Photography for capturing these incredible moments. Go Panthers!"

Volunteering at the concession stand is a great way to stay involved and get to know other parents and volunteers, and represent our school and provide hospitality to our visitors!
Typically JV and freshman parents will run the concession stand during varsity games, and varsity parents cover JV and freshman games, so you don't miss seeing your child's game. If a parent of each player signs up for one shift, concessions will run smoothly and no volunteers will be overburdened.

Senior Night is a special event dedicated to honoring the achievements and contributions of our senior players as they conclude their high school volleyball careers. It’s a heartfelt celebration that acknowledges their dedication, hard work, and the impact they’ve made on our team and school community.
Volunteers are need to help plan and coordinate this cherished tradition.

Team dinners are an important part of team culture and serve as an opportunity to celebrate, bond, and reflect on the season and achievements. Team dinners provide an informal setting for players to bond outside of practice and games. They help build stronger relationships and camaraderie among team members.

The year-end banquet is a special event designed to celebrate the conclusion of a season, recognize individual and team achievements, and bring together athletes, coaches, families, and supporters in a festive setting.

Our Youth Night was a tremendous success! Over 30 young athletes from Franklin Volleyball Club came out to support our Panthers. The energy in the gym was incredible, and it was inspiring to see the future of FHS Volleyball cheering us on. We can’t wait to watch these talented players grow and one day wear the Panther jersey themselves!

The FHS Girls Volleyball team placed second in the Gold Bracket of the IVHF Girls VolleyHALL Classic Elite High School Tournament on October 13. This tournament featured 36 of the top girls high school teams from throughout the Northeast. .

On October 14th we celebrated the achievements and contributions of our senior players.

Congratulations to our Class of 2026 Seniors Olivia Alberti, Abby Clark, Emma Cunningham, Makayla Kuykendall and Emerson Stewart.

On October 1st the team hosted a Dig Pink 3v3 tournament and raised over $1,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Our team is committed to making a positive impact in our community both on and off the court. We believe that being a team goes beyond just playing games; it means supporting and giving back to our local community in meaningful ways. Each fall, our team members volunteer at local youth volleyball clinics. We share our experiences, provide encouragement, and act as positive role models.

The players had a great visit to the Franklin Food Pantry on Saturday September 28th. The girls had the opportunity to tour the Pantry, learn information about the Pantry’s impact and then helped with weighing and sorting ~215 pounds of collected donations through the FHS volleyball Community Night and made holiday cards for Thanksgiving food packages! A great success all around!

FHS beats Haverhill in the MIAA Division 1 Tournament to advance to the Final 4!
